To accept the award for "Best Horror Movie" at the 2010 Scream Awards, Bill Murray appeared getting into a total Ghostbusters outfit, which even included a proton pack. The laurels show was maintained Sabbatum in Los Angeles, and will bare on Spike TV on Oct 19th at 9pm.
Other awards of night went to Alexander Skarsgard for Best Horror Actor in "True Blood" and Most Memorable Mutilation for "The Human Centipede." Skarsgaard's co-star Anna Paquin took home Best Horror Actress. "Zombieland" won for Best Horror Movie. "Twilight Saga: Eclipse" won Best Fantasy Movie and Ryan Reynolds accepted the Top Anticipated Movie award for "Green Lantern."
