America's Cheapest Family

How did the Economides set down the form of address of "America's Cheapest Family?" The old fashioned way -- by vellicating cents.

MSNBC.com reports that the Economides (yes, that's really their name) deals to live in the tony suburban area of Scottsdale, Genus Arizona and course their family of seven on just $44,000 a year. Furthermore, they don't use credit cards, take car loans, or take up on their home equity.

When Steve and Annette Economide got married during a recession in 1982, they "made a treaty to conserve a debt-free abode and not luxuriate in prodigality," granting to MSNBC.

Their tips? Buy in bulk. Shop at thrift storage's. Eat remnants. Search for bargains and program ahead. And, don't forget to clip coupons. If you've got the tummy for it, they recommend bribing meat that's about its exhalation date.
